Forrester WCM Wave Report

Independent Report

The latest release of "The Forrester Wave: WCM for External Sites, Q3 2007" references that customer experience needs make web content management essential to online operations. The Web has become a primary avenue for interacting with customers, and enterprises have been reinvesting in their Web initiatives accordingly, either by upgrading existing WCM systems or replacing custom-built systems.

The Forrester Wave report named FatWire as a web content management "Leader” who excels in personalization, globalization and usability.  FatWire’s strong multi-site management and delivery capabilities, an excellent user interface for managing content, and comprehensive personalization functionality, as well as their other broad capabilities, were also cited as reasons for their being named a leader.

FatWire was among 11 select companies that Forrester invited to participate in this report, which assesses the strengths and weaknesses of each vendor’s solution using a combination of hands-on lab evaluations, vendor surveys, product demonstrations, and client interviews. Each vendor product is also evaluated against 190 external site content management and delivery criteria.
