MINEOLA, N.Y., ORLANDO, Fla. & OSLO, Norway--Leading dCM Software Provider and a Leader in Enterprise Portal Solutions Announce Strategic Partnership to Offer FatWire's Products FatWire Software, a leading provider of dynamic content management (dCM) and developer of the powerful Web application assembly system UpdateEngine (UE), today announced a strategic partnership with GravityRock, where they will be FatWire's authorized distributor and support center for FatWire's complete software line throughout Europe. The announcement was made today at BEA eWorld 2003, the 8th Annual BEA Technology Conference in Orlando Florida.

Leveraging its Web application assembly and portal expertise, GravityRock will distribute and resell FatWire's UpdateEngine enterprise content management suite and FatWire Spark portal Content Management (pCM) software. GravityRock will also provide full local support for FatWire customers in Europe. GravityRock has already implemented UpdateEngine solutions both at customer sites as well as in their own technology center, PortalRock.net(TM). Portalrock.net offers rapid prototyping as a tool for decision makers to evaluate Portal and Content Management solutions prior to making final choices and investments.

Gravity Rock will resell FatWire's UpdateEngine ECM Suite, including UpdateEngine, UE Studio, UE Doc Manager, and UE Secure Deploy. Additionally, GravityRock will work with leading portal server providers to sell FatWire Spark portal Content Management (pCM) software. GravityRock will offer local installation and support services for European customers. With a solid understanding of the open standards architecture in FatWire's software, GravityRock will integrate legacy systems, deliver syndicated content, and deliver personalized views in enterprise portals.
