FatWire and eRunway Partner to Deliver, Scalable e-Business Solutions
Partnership Offers Customers Greatly Expanded Capabilities in Developing, Deploying and Managing their e-Business

MINEOLA, NY and WESTBOROUGH, MA - FatWire Corporation, a leading provider of content management and e-business solutions, and eRunway Inc., a fast-growing e-business integration, consulting and software development firm, today announced a new partnership to integrate and jointly market FatWire's UpdateEngine with eRunway's e-business services to help customers increase speed-to-market and reduce implementation time. Under the agreement, eRunway will deploy FatWire's UpdateEngine into its suite of best-of-breed e-business solutions and deploy the solution to help customers build, maintain and grow flexible enterprise level Web sites.

According to the independent research firm International Data Corp. (IDC), the U.S. market for e-business integration, consulting and development services is expected to reach $78 billion by 2003.
