FatWire to Acquire divine's Enterprise Content Management Business

MINEOLA, New York - May 13, 2003 -FatWire Software today announced it will acquire divine's Content Management business. As part of the divine bankruptcy auction, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Boston has approved the sale of divine's content management assets to Saratoga Partners, a New York private equity firm, who will simultaneously transfer these assets to FatWire. The sale is expected to close in the next few days.

FatWire's award-winning J2EE content management software products complement and enhance divine's enterprise content management product lines. divine's content management business includes divine's Content Server, formerly OpenMarket, divine's Participant Server, formerly Eprise, and its over 300 worldwide customers.
