Mineola, NY and Las Vegas, NV – September 17, 2007 – FatWire Software, a leading provider of web content management and delivery solutions, announced today at the Gartner Portals, Content & Collaboration Summit that Loren Weinberg has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. Weinberg, a former Vice President and Senior Technology Strategist at CA, Inc. (NYSE:CA), will oversee FatWire’s global marketing and product management efforts, including corporate strategy and communications, corporate and product marketing, public relations, analyst relations, and product management. She will report to President and CEO Yogesh Gupta.

Weinberg possesses over 10 years of IT industry experience in corporate strategy, product marketing, product management, and software sales strategy. At CA, Weinberg played a significant role in the design and implementation of the $3.9B company’s global product strategy. As Vice President, Senior Technology Strategist, Weinberg drove strategy definition and positioning across CA’s vast portfolio of software products and product managed key solutions. As Vice President, Sales Strategy and Operations, Weinberg was instrumental in developing go-to-market strategies for key geographical markets, positioning the company for growth. Prior to CA, Weinberg worked at Mainspring, Inc. (IBM Global Services) as an eBusiness strategy consultant, and at Fidelity Investments as a systems analyst.
Weinberg holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University, magna cum laude.
