Mentoring
FatWire's philosophy is that the client should be a partner when it comes to developing the most appropriate and powerful solutions. Our goal during deployments is to create an environment where clients can become their own Content Server experts for future projects.

To further this goal, FatWire Professional Services offers our architects and developers as "mentors" to client developers. The Mentoring Program allows client developers to work side-by-side with FatWire developers in order to become completely familiar and comfortable with the development environment.

Once an implementation is complete, FatWire is committed to ensuring the long-term success of our clients. Our extensive training and support programs aim to keep customers up-to-speed on new releases and to quickly resolve any problems that arise. Similarly, our Maintenance & Review programs help customers keep projects on track.
