Maintenance & Review

At FatWire, we know that a truly valuable content management initiative requires more than just a successful deployment. The solution must run smoothly day-to-day and it needs to grow with the organization to continually meet new and emerging business requirements.

Health Check
The FatWire Health Check program is expressly intended to help customers realize maximum long-term value from content management projects. Healthcheck provides customers with regularly scheduled (e.g., quarterly) working sessions to discuss future plans, problem areas, and key issues. Healthcheck sessions provide an open forum for stakeholders and project teams to work with FatWire Professional Services to analyze and discuss:
  • Current and future goals of the organization and the role of content management
  • Immediate and long-term projects and objectives
  • Implementation and maintenance best practices
  • Capacity and scalability requirements
  • Barriers to success for the organization
  • Current concerns and issues
  • Recent product version features and benefits
  • Additional detailed topics based on specific needs

At the end of these sessions, Healthcheck customers receive detailed recommendations on hardware/software configuration changes and capacity scaling, resolutions to current issues, and plans for future growth.

Healthcheck allows customers to proactively:
  • Keep projects on track, resolving issues before they arise
  • Prepare growth plans
  • Maintain best practices
  • Resolve issues
  • Learn about and plan for product enhancements and upgrades

Architecture Review
The FatWire Architecture Review program helps customers ensure that their implementations are completed according to established best practices and positioned for success. An Architecture Review is an in-depth technical review of an implementation. A Content Server Architect reviews code, asset structures, and configurations. The Architect can provide hands-on issue resolution and training. The review can include recommendations on growth strategies, capacity and scalability planning, and design changes.
